We’re seeking an experienced Medical Spa Manager/Registered Nurse (RN) with IV experience and a passion for health optimization and wellness. This is a unique opportunity to join the upscale wellness center in the heart of Oak Brook.
You’ll be leading the charge across all medical and wellness services, overseeing IVs, shots, and playing a pivotal role in launching our new GLP‑1 weight loss program. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of ETHR LAB’s clinical and wellness side.
- Manage all medical services, including IV therapies, injections, HBOT, and oversee new weight loss program rollout.
- Perform IV infusions and vitamin shots.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory, supply ordering, and quality control for retail and clinical supplies.
- Drive operational efficiency, track KPIs and client satisfaction, and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate on marketing of treatments, packages, and help with promotional rollouts.
- Assist with client intake, treatment room prep, and customer service.
- Maintain clinical charting and treatment documentation.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and high-performance team.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, with 3+ years spa or medical spa management experience.
- Experienced with wellness IV therapies and GLP1.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- Sales-savvy mindset and interest in functional medicine, aesthetics, or biohacking.
