We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Aesthetic Nurse Injector – RN or NP with experience in injectables, weight loss therapies, IV treatments, and peptide protocols to join our growing clinical team.

This role combines clinical expertise, patient care, and leadership in a modern longevity-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventative medicine, metabolic health, and helping clients achieve long-term wellness goals.

• $90,000 base salary
• Client tips (~$20,000+ annually typical)
• Full-time 40 hours per week

Total compensation potential $110K+ (plus team sales bonuses)

Position Overview

The Lead Nurse plays a key clinical role at ETHR LAB and will oversee the delivery of several advanced treatments including injectables, weight loss therapies, peptide protocols, and IV therapies.

This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys combining clinical medicine, aesthetic treatments, and longevity-focused wellness care. Saturdays and 1 day/week evening (till 7pm) availability requited.

Responsibilities

• Administer Botox injections and other injectable treatments
• Facilitate medical weight loss protocols
• Manage and administer peptide therapy protocols
• Administer IV therapy and vitamin injections as needed
• Conduct client consultations and treatment education
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure positive client experiences
• Maintain clinical treatment protocols and safety standards
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with leadership on treatment programs
• Help guide clients through wellness and longevity treatment plans

• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Cryotherapy and recovery technologies
• Lymphatic compression therapy

Dermal filler experience is a huge plus but not required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in medspas, wellness clinics, or longevity centers
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience administering Botox injections
• Experience with injectable treatments
• Experience with medical weight loss therapies
• Experience with peptide therapy protocols
• Strong IV therapy skills
• Excellent patient communication and consultation skills
• High attention to safety and clinical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dermal fillers
• Interest in preventative health, metabolic optimization, and longevity medicine
