Operations & Client Experience Manager

ETHR LAB is a fast-growing, technology-driven wellness and med spa in Oakbrook Terrace specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), body contouring, lymphatic therapy, IV services, peptide optimization, and advanced aesthetic treatments.

We are seeking an Operations & Client Experience Managerto oversee daily center operations, drive revenue performance, and help build scalable systems as we expand.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a General Manager position as the business scales.

If you are passionate about health and wellness and have experience in med spa management, aesthetic clinic operations, boutique fitness management, or hospitality leadership — and you think in numbers, systems, and accountability — this role is for you.

Schedule Structure

  • Approximately 35 hours per week on-site (Saturday availability required)
  • Additional flexible remote availability for calls, texts, and operational oversight as needed
  • Salaried leadership role with performance accountability

Compensation:
$60,000 base salary with structured performance bonuses tied to revenue growth, membership expansion, and operational performance. On-target earnings up to $80,000 in year one.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily wellness center and spa operations
  • Manage provider and front desk scheduling
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment readiness
  • Enforce opening/closing procedures
  • Maintain inventory and vendor relationships

Revenue & KPI Management

  • Track weekly and monthly revenue
  • Monitor booking rates and capacity utilization
  • Improve lead follow-up and consultation conversion
  • Track membership and retail sales performance
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to ownership

Team Leadership

  • Perform front desk duties as needed.
  • Manage wellness coaches and spa providers.
  • Conduct performance check-ins
  • Maintain high client experience standards
  • Support hiring and onboarding as company grows

Growth & Scalability

  • Help build systems to support expansion
  • Improve operational efficiency and margins
  • Reduce owner involvement in day-to-day execution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing operations in med spa, aesthetic clinic, wellness center, dental practice, boutique fitness, or hospitality
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Strong leadership and accountability mindset
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs and revenue metrics
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Independent decision-maker

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in aesthetic or wellness environments
  • Sales performance oversight experience

This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants to grow into senior management as revenue scales.
