Step beyond traditional nursing and into the future of performance-driven wellness. As an Infusion Nurse at ETHR Lab, you’ll be at the forefront of IV hydration and vitamin therapy, helping clients recharge, recover, and optimize their health in a cutting-edge, luxurious spa environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is in great physical shape, passionate about health and wellness, great with customer service, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IVs and vitamin shots following ETHR LAB protocols.

Educate clients about our services and health benefits, promoting additional treatments when appropriate.

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients.

Maintain accurate and thorough charting of treatments and client interactions.

Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver customized services.

Stay in touch with best practices in wellness and integrative medicine.

What We Offer:

$35/hour base pay plus 2% commission on all IV and vitamin shot services.
Flexible part-time hours in a fun and relaxing wellness environment.
Complementary access to ETHR LAB wellness services.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
IV experience mandatory.
Passion for health, wellness, and integrative medicine.
Strong customer service skills, sales skills is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities of a Front Desk/Wellness Coach:

Client Experience: Greet clients with enthusiasm, check in/out, conduct consultations and tours for new clients, set up clients for therapies, and perform retail and package sales.
Customer Support: Manage bookings, schedules, and client communications, including answering phone calls and responding to text messages.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to handle daily organizational and operational tasks, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Daily Operations: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations, including laundry, routine cleaning, and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.
Growth Mindset: Stay curious and informed, keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in health and wellness.
Culture Champion: Foster a positive, team-focused atmosphere, promoting collaboration and upholding our vibrant company culture.
